About Me

Hi and welcome to my page!! I'm so glad you're here. I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself and how Little E's came to life.

My name is Erica and I am the owner, baker, and decorator at Little E's.

I am a self-taught baker based out of West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. 

​

It all started when I made Halloween cupcakes for my little sister many years ago. I realized I loved having a creative outlet and I wasn't too bad at it. My first order was for 4 dozen bridal shower cupcakes and after that I was absolutely hooked! Fun fact -- That very first customer is still a customer today! (Thanks Diane)

I'm very lucky that my customers have become like family over the years! 

 

I have spent countless hours practicing different designs and watching videos on YouTube.

In 2020, I had the opportunity to train and take classes from the "internationally acclaimed cake designer and sugar flower artist" Maggie Austin and "award-winning cake designer and sugar artist" Anna Astashkina.

​

My work has been featured on Fancy Sprinkles and Wilton Cakes.

My dream is to open my own bakery one day soon (I might have something to tell you all).
